With a dynamic and growing team, we have an opportunity within our supportive and collaborative Sydney, NSW office for a talented individual to leverage their previous recruitment experience while embarking on a journey into the world of HR recruitment.


In your role, you will:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various HR positions, collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, utilising innovative and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team

To be successful in this role, you will have had some previous agency recruitment experience, and be interested in a career development opportunity into the HR recruitment world.

Contract/ temp/ contingent recruitment experience would be of particular interest, although we have opportunity across contract and permanent markets.
