About the Role
In this position, you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Team
- Accurately process invoices, wage reimbursements, and claims documentation
- Maintain and update records within claims management systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Assist with the preparation of reports, metrics, and correspondence related to claims performance
- Support communication with internal stakeholders, insurers, and treating practitioners to facilitate timely claim outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of claims and injury management processes
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in workers compensation claims administration or a similar injury management support role
- Strong understanding of claims procedures, documentation, and legislative timeframes
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with claims management systems such as Solv, Injury Master, or equivalent
