Our client is seeking a detail focused and motivated Workers Compensation Claims Administrator to join their Workers Compensation and Injury Management Team. This role plays a key part in supporting efficient and effective claims management and Recover at Work practices.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Team
- Process invoices, wage payments, and claims documentation with accuracy
- Maintain records in claims management systems and assist with reporting requirements
- Support stakeholder engagement through clear communication and timely information sharing
- Prior experience in an administration role, ideally within a claims or injury management environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with claims management systems (such as Solv or Injury Master)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork
