Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-focused Workers Compensation Claims Administrator to join their dedicated Workers Compensation and Injury Management Team. This role is integral to ensuring efficient claims administration, accurate processing, and effective support for recovery and return-to-work programs.

About the Role
In this position, you will:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Team
  • Accurately process invoices, wage reimbursements, and claims documentation
  • Maintain and update records within claims management systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, metrics, and correspondence related to claims performance
  • Support communication with internal stakeholders, insurers, and treating practitioners to facilitate timely claim outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of claims and injury management processes
About You
You will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience in workers compensation claims administration or a similar injury management support role
  • Strong understanding of claims procedures, documentation, and legislative timeframes
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with claims management systems such as Solv, Injury Master, or equivalent
