  • Improve document hierarchy, structure and enterprise visibility across the organisation
  • Work closely with the Performance and Innovation team on SharePoint structure, system design and information architecture
  • Support ISO 9001 certification and integration with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits
  • Bridge the gap between corporate documentation and meaningful operational standard operating procedures
  • Strengthen governance, evidence management and compliance oversight across the business
Key Challenges You Will Tackle
  • Quality is not part of everyday language and is often overlooked during audits
  • Documentation is fragmented and inconsistently stored across branch level portals
About You
  • You are a quality experienced WHS manager with a signifcant Quality experience. You bring strong ISO 9001 expertise, governance capability and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in quality management systems within complex operational environments
  • A deep understanding of ISO 9001 and its integration with health safety and environment systems
  • The ability to engage non technical stakeholders and embed quality into everyday business activity
  • A practical mindset that balances governance with operational reality
  • Strong document management, systems thinking and continuous improvement capability
Why Join
This is a rare opportunity to shape and elevate WHS and quality management across a large national organisation. You will have the scope, support and influence to build a system that genuinely adds value, improves audit outcomes and strengthens how the business operates.
If you are passionate about quality, governance and building systems that work in practice, this role will give you the platform to make a lasting impact.
