An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to join a leading organisation operating within the residential construction and building industry.
Reporting into the national safety function, you will play a critical role in driving safety performance, strengthening compliance frameworks, and fostering a proactive safety culture across multiple sites and business operations. As a key member of the WHS leadership team, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's WHS Management System.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of WHS systems, policies and processes.
- Managing risk, incident, hazard and corrective action reporting frameworks.
- Providing expert WHS advice and support to leaders and stakeholders across the business.
- Delivering WHS training, coaching and awareness initiatives to managers, employees and contractors.
- Promoting a positive, engaged and accountable safety culture throughout the organisation.

To be successful, you will bring:
