About the Role
In this newly created role, you will lead the delivery of innovation and engagement initiatives through enabled technology solutions which interact with, and enhance the WHS of all of their employees.
- Act as an innovator, bringing new ideas on WHS into the business and finding solutions
- Enhance WHS communications across the organisation understand how the workforce will engage with content
- Working closely with WHS, Marketing / Communications and Learning & Development teams to create solutions, development the platforms and implement these into business activities, tracking success for continuous improvements
- Investigate, offer and grow new ways of working through creative thinking and diversity of thought
- Be innovative and encourage others to do the same so that the organisation can achieve strategic outcomes and efficiencies
About You

- A solid understanding of WHS legislation and industry practices, with a passion to be at the forefront of technology
- Strong communication skills in written, design and presentation formats
- Strong verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience in planning and delivery of systems, process improvement and change across business
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, strong engagement and ability to get buy-in
- Stakeholder management experience and skills
- Skills and experience in data analysis, reporting and using insights for business improvement
- High motivation, energy, and resourcefulness, with strong self-awareness of your strengths, opportunities, and role responsibilities
