Our client is a highly respected manufacturer with a long-standing history and a strong reputation for operational excellence. They are seeking a HSE Systems Consultant to support the business through a short-term engagement focused on reviewing, designing, and improving their critical risk and control frameworks.

About the Role
This role will work closely with the Group HSE Manager and key operational leaders to assess current HSE systems, evaluate cost–benefit outcomes, and develop strategic documentation to strengthen risk management and compliance across warehousing and logistics operations.

You’ll take a lead in developing practical yet robust frameworks that address critical controls around load restraint, racking, and forklift operations — ensuring safety systems align with business risk appetite and operational realities.

  • Review and refine existing systems to ensure alignment with operational and compliance requirements.
  • Assess cost–benefit of HSE initiatives and controls.
