The risk profile is incredibly varied, spanning major construction projects, aviation and airfield operations, roads and transport infrastructure, electrical and utilities works, facilities maintenance and large contractor workforces.

  • Review risk assessments, SWMS and safety documentation
  • Support contractor safety performance and compliance
  • Conduct and support incident investigations
  • Provide practical advice across a broad range of operational risks
With multiple projects occurring concurrently, you will need to be comfortable navigating competing priorities and using sound judgement in a fast-moving environment.

About You
We are looking for an experienced WHS professional who can quickly establish credibility across both site and corporate stakeholders.
You will ideally bring:
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or higher
  • 3+ years' practical WHS experience
  • High-risk construction, major infrastructure and/or aviation experience
  • Strong contractor management and site inspection capability
  • Incident investigation experience
  • Confidence reviewing SWMS, risk assessments and safety documentation
