The Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading national healthcare organisation to recruit a WHS Advisor supporting NSW & ACT.

This newly created position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the WHS function across the region while working closely with an experienced national Health, Safety & Wellbeing team. Reporting to a supportive and knowledgeable leader, you'll enjoy the autonomy to drive local initiatives while contributing to broader national safety strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical WHS advice and support across NSW & ACT
  • Coordinate WHS Committee meetings and HSR elections
  • Review and maintain WHS policies and procedures
  • Monitor legislative changes and ensure ongoing compliance
  • Coach and support leaders in managing WHS risks
  • Support incident investigations, reporting and risk management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
  • Partner with the national WHS team on strategic safety projects
About You
You'll be an experienced WHS professional who enjoys partnering with operational leaders and translating legislation into practical, business-focused solutions.
You'll ideally bring experience in:
  • WHS advisory or business partnering
  • Legislative compliance and risk management
  • Incident investigations and reporting
  • Policy and procedure development
  • Coaching leaders and building safety capability
  • Multi-site or service-based environments
Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.
