We're partnering with a leading national healthcare organisation to recruit a WHS Advisor supporting NSW & ACT.
This newly created position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the WHS function across the region while working closely with an experienced national Health, Safety & Wellbeing team. Reporting to a supportive and knowledgeable leader, you'll enjoy the autonomy to drive local initiatives while contributing to broader national safety strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical WHS advice and support across NSW & ACT
- Coordinate WHS Committee meetings and HSR elections
- Review and maintain WHS policies and procedures
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure ongoing compliance
- Coach and support leaders in managing WHS risks
- Support incident investigations, reporting and risk management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Partner with the national WHS team on strategic safety projects
You'll be an experienced WHS professional who enjoys partnering with operational leaders and translating legislation into practical, business-focused solutions.
You'll ideally bring experience in:
- WHS advisory or business partnering
- Legislative compliance and risk management
- Incident investigations and reporting
- Policy and procedure development
- Coaching leaders and building safety capability
- Multi-site or service-based environments
