Are you a people-focused HSE professional who enjoys being out on the floor, building relationships, and making a practical impact? This is a great opportunity to join a well-established global manufacturer with a supportive, down-to-earth culture and two key operational sites in Melbourne’s south-east.

You’ll have visibility across both a manufacturing facility and a warehouse and distribution centre, working closely with site leaders and teams to maintain compliance, strengthen safety systems, and promote a positive safety culture. The role is hands-on and varied — from conducting risk assessments and delivering training, to coaching workers on safe practices and supporting injury management.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Some previous Safety experience ideally in manufacuring / FMCG or similar - you will have full support of an experienced manager
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to build rapport across all levels - must enjoy being on site and out in the field
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to driving safety improvements
  • Working knowledge of risk assessment, incident management, and return-to-work processes
This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a friendly, team-based environment where you’re encouraged to ask questions, take ownership, and continuously improve. You’ll join a company that values flexibility, offers genuine development opportunities, and provides a workplace that’s both professional and fun.

If you’re a hands-on safety professional looking for variety, visibility, and an inclusive culture where you can make a real difference — we’d love to hear from you.
