We are partnering with a leading national claims and insurance business to appoint an experienced Senior Workers Compensation Case Manager to join an established team supporting one of Australia’s largest employers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a claims professional who is confident managing workers compensation claims and is looking to join a highly collaborative team with excellent flexibility, strong technical support and genuine development opportunities.

The role is fully remote, with optional office attendance, and offers a 9-day fortnight.

The Role
As a Senior Case Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of workers compensation claims, managing them end-to-end and working closely with injured workers, employers, treatment providers and other key stakeholders.

You will focus on achieving positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes while effectively managing claims strategy, stakeholder expectations and legislative requirements.

Importantly, you won't be working in isolation. You'll be part of an experienced and collaborative team, with access to technical specialists, RTW professionals, legal support and dedicated administration resources.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who already has experience managing Workers Compensation claims and can confidently step into a senior-level case management role.

You will ideally bring:
  • Previous Workers Compensation Case Management experience
  • Strong understanding of claims management and return-to-work processes
  • Confidence managing claims end-to-end
  • Ability to manage complex matters and competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • A genuine interest in achieving positive outcomes for injured workers
