You will not have direct reports but will play a strategic and mentoring role within a team of experienced safety partners. Your contribution will be focused on contractor management, strategic risk planning, and change management within a client-side context.

You will work closely with senior safety leadership to prepare the business for major Tier 1 contractor engagements, ensure robust risk frameworks are in place, and support system improvements. Your ability to coach, influence, and guide others in a respectful and collaborative way will be essential.
