About the Role
This role is all about presence, connection and practical support. You'll be our boots on the ground from a safety perspective. Working closely with the Senior HSE Manager, site managers, project managers, contractors and clients to guide safe work, promote positive behaviours and build strong relationships with our teams and clients every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a visible, approachable and trusted safety presence on site
- Support daily compliance, inspections, risk assessments and contractor management
- Work closely with lead contractors and other safety leaders
- Lead toolbox talks, coach teams and help embed safe behaviour
- Work collaboratively with a safety team that values teamwork over hierarchy
You’re practical, personable and confident engaging with people from the workshop floor to the client meeting room. You enjoy solving problems with teams—not policing them. Previous safety experience in a construction environment is required.
