Work on interesting commercial construction projects including fit-outs, refurbishments and new builds. Working with a dedicated team of trades people and a supportive leadership team.
About the Role
This role is all about presence, connection and practical support. You'll be our boots on the ground from a safety perspective. Working closely with the Senior HSE Manager, site managers, forepersons, contractors and clients to guide safe work, promote positive behaviours and build strong relationships with our teams and clients every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be a visible, approachable and trusted safety presence on site
- Support daily compliance, inspections, risk assessments and contractor management
- Lead toolbox talks, coach teams and help embed safe behaviours
- Use HammerTech for reporting while maintaining strong face-to-face engagement
- Participate in occasional night-shift safety oversight (e.g., crane lifts, noise/dust monitoring)
- Work collaboratively with a safety team that values teamwork over hierarchy
You’re practical, personable and confident engaging with people from the workshop floor to the client meeting room. You enjoy solving problems with teams—not policing them. Previous safety experience in a construction environment is required.
