The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Health & Wellbeing, this position will lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of an enterprise Health & Wellbeing Framework, with an immediate focus on psychosocial risk management, psychological health and psychological injury prevention.
Significant foundational work has already been completed, including frameworks, tools, risk assessment methodologies and supporting resources. The challenge now is to bring these components together into a cohesive operating model, drive organisation wide adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.
This is not a traditional wellbeing role. It is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on embedding mature psychosocial risk practices across a large and complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the Health & Wellbeing Framework.
- Drive a proactive psychosocial risk management program across the organisation.
- Develop consistent approaches to triage, risk assessment, controls and case management.
- Analyse organisational data to identify trends, emerging risks and intervention opportunities.
- Influence and partner with senior leaders and specialist functions to deliver coordinated responses to complex psychosocial matters.
- Strengthen organisational capability through coaching, education and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide expert advice on psychological health, psychosocial risk and injury prevention.
- Support the development of governance, reporting and assurance processes that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
We are interested in experienced professionals who have successfully led organisational change and implemented psychosocial risk, wellbeing or psychological health frameworks within complex environments.
You will bring:
- Deep expertise in psychosocial risk management, workplace psychological health or organisational wellbeing.
- Demonstrated success implementing strategic programs across large, multi stakeholder organisations.
- Strong influencing and relationship building capability.
- The ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity and competing priorities.
- A pragmatic and outcomes focused approach that balances strategy with execution.
- Experience using data and insights to shape interventions and measure impact.
