They recognise the growing need for specialist expertise in psychological injury management and are now seeking a Senior Injury Manager Specialist – Psychological to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise in psychological injury management to make a real difference. You will take the lead in managing psychological injury claims, guiding recovery with compassion and professionalism, and providing expert advice that helps people return to health and work. At the same time, you will shape strategies that prevent harm and strengthen wellbeing across the organisation.

This position will see you:

  • Manage a caseload of psychological injury claims, applying your expertise to support recovery and resolution
  • Provide guidance to injury management partners on wellbeing and psychological aspects of claims
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process reviews and capability building
  • Support employees experiencing complex wellbeing needs through tailored strategies and cross-functional collaboration
  • Share insights and contribute to projects that prevent harm and strengthen workplace wellbeing
To be successful, you will bring:
  • A degree qualification in psychology, mental health, occupational therapy or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in mental health, wellbeing, or psychological injury management in an occupational setting
  • Strong expertise in workers compensation and injury management legislation and practices
  • A proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Calmness under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, human-centred approach
