The Opportunity
Due to growth of the business, they are seeking an HSE Manager to join the team and drive contemporary approaches to workplace health and safety that align with business objectives and innovative culture.
  
Your Impact
The HSE Manager will act as a strategic advisor working alongside leadership and operational teams to:

  • Lead the implementation of our HSE Strategic Plan, driving operational actions that deliver real results
  • Build influential relationships with senior managers, providing mentoring, technical expertise, and strategic guidance
  • Participate in organisational review and change management initiatives
  • Apply your conceptual and technical knowledge to analyse evidence and provide thoughtful recommendations
  • Navigate complex risks with confidence, developing innovative control measures
  • Use data analytics to evaluate safety performance and develop evidence based recommendations
  • Provide real time support during incident response, coordinating effectively with senior managers, regulators, clients, and contractors
