About the role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role leads the Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy across all areas of the business – workshop, distribution centre, retail and corporate teams. You’ll be responsible for championing a proactive culture of safety and ownership, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated and people feel safe and supported wherever they work.
About you
You’re a safety leader who leads with care, clarity and conviction:
- You bring a contemporary, human-centred approach to health, safety and wellbeing – grounded in experience but open to fresh thinking.
- You know how to connect with people from the shop floor to the boardroom, building strong relationships built on trust, transparency and shared accountability.
- You’re comfortable navigating manufacturing, retail or distribution environments and understand how to coach for culture, not just compliance.
- You’re hands on when needed, rolling up your sleeves while keeping the big picture in view.
