About the Role
The primary objective of this position is to support the sourcing and or development, implementation and continuous improvement of HSSE management systems, digital architecture and platforms, and HSSE project management. The role provides specialist support for HSSE system enhancements, application configuration, digital adoption and operationalisation of HSSE processes, enabling consistent “ways of working” across the organisation.
The team has one of the broadest scopes in the organisation, interacting at all levels and supporting safety initiatives across the enterprise.
About You

- Experience in leading HSSE management system design and implementation
- Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives and change management.
- Experience in leading HSSE digital platforms, systems and dashboards
- Experience in large, complex organisations or high-risk industry
- Comfort working with digital systems, safety platforms or technology-enabled solutions
