You will be recognised for your ability to balance compliance requirements with practical business outcomes while driving meaningful cultural and behavioural change.

You will bring:
  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated expertise in the development and implementation of HSE assurance and governance programs.
  • Extensive experience managing and optimising HSE management systems and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, Australian Standards, Codes of Practice and contemporary safety methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership and change management capabilities.
  • A commercial mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking.

Join Bolton Clarke and help shape the future of safety and wellbeing across one of Australia's most respected care organisations, driving innovation, operational excellence and meaningful outcomes for employees and the communities they serve.
