What We Need
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Formal WHS qualifications
- Trade Background (Plumbing/ Electrical or Mechanical Services)
- Proven track record leading safety and training transformation in field based or operational environments
- Natural communicator who can inspire a toolbox talk and command a boardroom with equal confidence
- Commercial mindset with deep operational understanding
