About the Role
This is your chance to drive real change in a nationally recognised business. As Safety Systems and Training Specialist, you’ll lead the digitisation of safety processes and systems, bringing consistency, automation, and impact to a complex, multi-site environment.
You'll take ownership of designing engaging HSE training content, automating compliance reporting, and simplifying communication across business units. Partnering closely with the Head of Safety and senior stakeholders, your work will influence everything from frontline training to board-level reporting.
This role suits someone who thrives on building practical, tech-enabled solutions that lift safety performance and engage people at every level of the business.

Key Focus Areas

  • Deliver and automate safety systems and compliance processes
  • Develop online training e.g. Psychosocial risk programs, critical risk programs and electrical safety
  • Create clear, engaging safety communication campaigns
  • Collaborate across safety, L&D, tech, and operations teams
  • Support integration of WHS systems and visualisation of performance data
You Bring to the table
  • Expertise in safety systems, training design, and process improvement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Tools: SharePoint, Power BI, Beakon, Hammertech, Articulate 360 (desired but not required)
  • Agile, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for change
