About Them
We’re partnering with a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation to find a passionate and detail-focused Safety Systems Advisor ready to help streamline systems and drive meaningful change. This newly created role will focus on maintaining and improving certified safety and quality systems across a diverse and operationally rich environment.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll help streamline processes, drive reporting improvements, and support a safety-first culture—not just ticking boxes, but making real impact!

About the Role
As the Systems & Quality Advisor, you’ll:

  • Support the maintenance and improvement of certified WHS and Quality systems
  • Collaborate on streamlining processes, reporting frameworks, and documentation
  • Assist with internal audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Engage with stakeholders across operational teams to ensure system usability and uptake
  • Support document control, SharePoint system tidiness, and system improvements
  • Contribute to board-level reporting and help build better data insights and dashboards
About You
The ideal candidate will bring a solid grounding in HSEQ systems, with a practical, people-focused approach to process improvement and engagement. you will have: 
  • 4+ years in a WHS or HSEQ role with exposure to quality systems and certification
  • Formal qualification in WHS (Cert IV or above)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with incident reporting platforms (e.g. Riskware) and SharePoint is advantageous
  • A team player with a proactive and practical mindset
