Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, as a trusted advisor, you will be instrumental in delivering the organisation’s safety strategy, partnering closely with operational teams and leaders to embed a strong safety culture. You will focus on practical risk management, behavioural change, and injury prevention—especially in high-risk activities such as manual handling, mobility, and lifting.
