We are seeking a highly organised and detail focused HSEQ / Safety Administrator to support the ongoing management and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) systems.

This is a pivotal role supporting the wider business through the administration of HSEQ systems, compliance processes, contractor onboarding, document control, reporting, training coordination, and regulatory compliance activities. You will work closely with operational teams, employees, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure our workforce remains compliant, competent and ready to deliver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Administer the Lucidity HSEQ platform and other compliance systems.
  • Manage document control, registers, licences, certifications and training records. 
  • Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding and inductions. 
  • Monitor workforce competency requirements and track qualification renewals. 
  • Manage client compliance portals and contractor compliance documentation. 
  • Support audits, inspections, incident reporting and corrective action processes. 
  • Produce HSEQ reports, dashboards, KPI reporting and trend analysis. 
  • Support policy, procedure and SOP development and maintenance. 
  • Coordinate HSEQ communications, awareness campaigns and monthly HSEQ initiatives.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Previous experience in HSEQ administration, compliance coordination, document control or a similar support role. 
  • Strong document management and records administration experience. 
  • Experience using compliance management systems, digital platforms or HSEQ software. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. 
  • Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems. 
  • Strong analytical, reporting and data management capabilities. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. 
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
