The Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit an experienced Return to Work & Injury Management Specialist supporting NSW & ACT.

This newly created part-time position offers the opportunity to own the Injury Management function across the region while working alongside a collaborative national Health, Safety & Wellbeing team. Reporting to an experienced and supportive leader, you'll enjoy genuine flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Workers' Compensation and Injury Management claims
  • Coordinate Return to Work and suitable duties programs
  • Provide technical advice on Workers' Compensation legislation
  • Partner with leaders, Payroll, insurers and rehabilitation providers
  • Coach managers through Injury Management matters
  • Drive continuous improvement across Injury Management processes
About You
You'll have proven experience across Workers' Compensation and Return to Work, with the confidence to provide practical advice and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. Experience within a multi-site environment is highly regarded, along with a strong understanding of NSW Workers' Compensation legislation.
