- Identify opportunities in market for providing recruitment services to client organisations.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various HSE positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, utilising innovative and effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re energetic, curious, and enjoy working at pace. While experience in recruitment is highly advantageous, we’re open to people with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach who are keen to learn the ropes of HSE recruitment. You’ll be actively connecting with organisations, building relationships, and developing your market profile.
