About the Role
As the Return to Work Business Partner, you will play a key role in managing sustainable return to work strategies. You’ll support with injury management, partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure efficient and effective return to work outcomes.
  
In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of injury management and safe return to work strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to operational leaders and workers across the business
  • Collaborate with insurers, rehabilitation providers and healthcare professionals to drive early intervention, injury management and effective claim management
  • Support the organisation’s transition to self-insurance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across health, safety and wellbeing programs
About You
  • Return to Work Coordinator certificate (required)
  • Qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety, Rehabilitation, or Allied Health (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with end-to-end claims and injury management
  • Experience working with self-insured clients or within a self-insured organisation, with knowledge of workers compensation legislation across jurisdictions
  • Confident interpreting medical information and tailoring recovery strategies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage across all levels of a business
