About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, OHS Advisors, this role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the organisation’s safety culture and capability. You will provide expert advice, practical solutions, and hands-on support in the ongoing development and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

This role partners closely with key business units and leaders, with a strong focus on coaching and influencing to embed safety into daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading incident investigations, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities to drive preventative action and learning
  • Coaching and supporting Managers and Health & Safety Representatives in strengthening local safety systems and practices
  • Providing expert advice to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and internal standards
  • Managing digital safety systems and delivering data-driven insights on safety performance and trends
  • Actively contributing to safety committees and working groups
  • Identifying new ways to engage the workforce and promote a positive, proactive safety culture
About You
