About the company
Our client is a well-established, national food manufacturing organisation with a strong footprint across Australia. They are known for their commitment to employee wellbeing, safety, and operational excellence, and are currently seeking an experienced RTW Advisor to support their national injury management function.

About the role
This is a contract opportunity based out of Wacol with a national remit across multiple jurisdictions.
You will take ownership of end-to-end injury management while also providing advisory support to leaders and contributing to broader process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing workers’ compensation claims across QLD, NSW and other jurisdictions
  • Driving early intervention and sustainable return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing suitable duties plans
  • Liaising with insurers, brokers and medical providers
  • Supporting incident lodgement and claims processes
  • Providing guidance and training to leaders on injury management
  • Contributing to reporting, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in RTW, injury management or workers’ compensation
  • Experience managing end-to-end claims, including more complex cases
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, site-based environment
  • RTW Coordinator certification or equivalent experience
