A large, complex organisation is seeking a highly capable HSE Systems Specialist  to take ownership of national safety systems, reporting architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring HSE systems are technically robust, streamlined and aligned to business requirements across multiple sites.
Key focus areas include:
  • Ownership and optimisation of national HSE management systems
  • Data governance, integrity and reporting accuracy
  • End-of-month and end-of-year reporting coordination
  • Systems performance monitoring and user support
  • Process redesign and continuous improvement
  • Supporting audit frameworks and management system compliance
You will work cross-functionally with IT, payroll/shared services and operational stakeholders to ensure system outputs are accurate, reliable and value-adding.

What We’re Looking For
We are specifically seeking candidates with strong systems orientation and analytical depth.
You will ideally bring:
  • Proven experience managing or supporting enterprise HSE systems
  • Strong data capability – advanced Excel and reporting proficiency essential
  • Demonstrated experience improving system architecture or workflows
  • Exposure to ISO-aligned management systems
  • Confidence navigating multi-site, multi-stakeholder environments
  • High attention to detail and structured problem-solving capability
