The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring HSE systems are technically robust, streamlined and aligned to business requirements across multiple sites.
Key focus areas include:
- Ownership and optimisation of national HSE management systems
- Data governance, integrity and reporting accuracy
- End-of-month and end-of-year reporting coordination
- Systems performance monitoring and user support
- Process redesign and continuous improvement
- Supporting audit frameworks and management system compliance
What We’re Looking For
We are specifically seeking candidates with strong systems orientation and analytical depth.
You will ideally bring:
- Proven experience managing or supporting enterprise HSE systems
- Strong data capability – advanced Excel and reporting proficiency essential
- Demonstrated experience improving system architecture or workflows
- Exposure to ISO-aligned management systems
- Confidence navigating multi-site, multi-stakeholder environments
- High attention to detail and structured problem-solving capability
