About the Role
This newly created role will take ownership of our business systems, reporting, data capability, automation initiatives and AI roadmap.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team, you will drive the evolution of our digital ecosystem, delivering trusted insights, streamlined processes and smarter ways of working across the business.
This is a hands-on role with strategic influence, combining systems leadership, business intelligence, automation and AI enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, configuration and optimisation of JobAdder, HubSpot and associated business systems.
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise Power BI reporting, semantic models, DAX measures and Power Query solutions.
- Design scalable data models and support the development of a modern data warehouse architecture.
- Develop APIs, integrations and automated workflows that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish data governance frameworks to improve data quality, consistency and compliance.
- Develop and maintain the organisation's Digital, Data and AI Roadmap.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and implement practical AI solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to identify technology opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps and executive reporting for all major digital initiatives.
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in a senior Business Intelligence, Systems, Data or Digital Transformation role.
- Advanced Power BI capability including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
- Experience working with CRM, ATS or business platforms such as JobAdder, HubSpot or similar.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations and workflow automation tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
- The ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience implementing AI solutions within business environments.
- Experience developing enterprise data governance frameworks.
- Recruitment or professional services industry experience.
