We are partnering with a major global logistics and supply chain organisation to appoint an experienced Interim Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to lead and coordinate their HSW function across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on uplifting consistency, mentoring the existing HSW team, improving reporting and analytics capability, and driving a more aligned national approach to safety and wellbeing.

Operating within a fast-paced warehousing and distribution environment, this organisation is known for its operational scale, strong market presence and commitment to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and mentoring the broader HSW team nationally
  • Driving consistency across safety and injury management processes
  • Improving reporting and insights through DoneSafe
  • Supporting governance and strategic HSW uplift initiatives
  • Partnering with operational leaders across ANZ
About You
You will be a pragmatic and highly credible HSW leader with experience in:
  • Logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution
  • Multi-site or national operations
  • Medium-to-high risk environments
  • Coaching and influencing operational leaders

  • Hybrid working model (minimum 3 days onsite)
