- Re-establishing structure, clarity and accountability within the HSW team
- Reviewing and uplifting policies, procedures and the Safety Management System
- Strengthening critical risk management across higher-risk operational environments
- Providing visible, hands-on leadership across sites

You are a confident and resilient HSW leader with experience stepping into complex or challenged environments. You bring:
- Proven experience leading multi-site safety teams
- Strong capability in safety management systems and governance uplift
- Experience across logistics, warehousing, service operations or similar risk profiles
- A hands-on leadership style with strong executive presence
- The ability to rebuild trust and engagement across diverse workforces
