In partnership with The Safe Step, William Adams is seeking a passionate and detail-driven HSEQ Systems Advisor to strengthen their safety and quality systems and make a real impact across a diverse, operational environment.
About the Role
As HSEQ Systems Advisor, you'll help streamline processes, elevate reporting frameworks, and embed practical, effective improvements that drive a culture of safety and quality across the business.
Working closely with the broader People, Safety & Culture team and key stakeholders, you’ll:
- Support and enhance certified WHS and Quality management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001)
- Improve and simplify processes and documentation for better usability and efficiency
- Assist with internal audits, compliance activities, and improvement initiatives
- Lead enhancements in data reporting, dashboards, and board-level insights
- Maintain strong document control and system usability
- Champion system engagement across operational teams
You’re a systems-focused safety professional who thrives on improvement and collaboration. You’ll bring:
- 4+ years' experience in a similar HSEQ systems role
- Tertiary qualifications in safety or related disciplines
- Experience supporting ISO-certified systems (45001, 9001)
- Strong understanding of HSE legislation and compliance (including dangerous goods and transport)
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with HSEQ platforms and SharePoint
- A practical, proactive mindset and a passion for simplification and improvement
