About the Role
This is a classic HSEQ Coordinator role supporting the wider Health, Safety, Environment & Quality function. Reporting into a HSEQ lead, your role will be pivotal in maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks related to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HSEQ documentation, registers, and records
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance checks
  • Support incident investigations and record-keeping
  • Help communicate HSEQ messaging across the business
  • File and manage safety documentation accurately
  • Use of document control platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • General administrative support to the HSEQ and project teams
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring solid HSE Administration experience and a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you’ll be looking to grow your career in the HSEQ space, with a foundational understanding of WHS practices.

You’ll have:
  • Strong administration and document control experience
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and general digital systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with technical stakeholders and teams
  • A proactive, can-do approach and ability to pick things up quickly
  • A basic understanding of WHS legislation and safety protocols
  • Availability to start immediately (or very soon)
