About the Role
This is a classic HSEQ Coordinator
role supporting the wider Health, Safety, Environment & Quality function. Reporting into a HSEQ lead, your role will be pivotal in maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks related to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HSEQ documentation, registers, and records
- Assist with internal audits and compliance checks
- Support incident investigations and record-keeping
- Help communicate HSEQ messaging across the business
- File and manage safety documentation accurately
- Use of document control platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- General administrative support to the HSEQ and project teams
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring solid HSE Administration experience and a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you’ll be looking to grow your career in the HSEQ space, with a foundational understanding of WHS practices.
You’ll have:
- Strong administration and document control experience
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and general digital systems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with technical stakeholders and teams
- A proactive, can-do approach and ability to pick things up quickly
- A basic understanding of WHS legislation and safety protocols
- Availability to start immediately (or very soon)
