Are you an HSEQ professional who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments? This role offers the opportunity to get out on site, partner with operational leaders, and make a genuine impact on safety culture across diverse operations and risk profiles.

About the Role
You’ll lead all health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives across Victoria. Working closely with operational and site leaders to promote best practice, reduce workplace risk, and create safer, more resilient teams.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering state-wide HSEQ programs and initiatives.
  • Coaching and supporting operational leaders to strengthen safety culture and minimise risk.
  • Overseeing the safety management system, ensuring accurate and timely incident reporting.
  • Managing workers compensation and return-to-work programs.
  • Maintaining quality systems and ISO 14001 accreditation through consistent auditing and improvement processes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience implementing and maintaining HSEQ systems and initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge of workers compensation and return-to-work processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Relevant qualifications in health, safety, environment, or quality.
