The Opportunity
As HSE Manager, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive health, safety, and environmental approach across the business. This role presents a valuable opportunity to build a proactive safety culture in an organisation experiencing steady growth.
   
Your Impact

  • Create safety initiatives that make a real difference to people's wellbeing
  • Work alongside operations teams to develop practical safety solutions
  • Lead thorough investigations that drive meaningful improvements
  • Convert safety data into actionable business insights
  • Guide and mentor leaders at all levels to strengthen safety culture
  • Maintain regulatory compliance while preparing for future requirements
  • Provide trusted safety advice to the leadership team
Your Profile
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Health and Safety
  • Experience in both management and site-based HSE roles within heavy industry
  • Knowledge of construction safety, dangerous goods and Chain of Responsibility legislation
  • Strong communication, EQ and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver HSE outcomes in complex operational environments
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Training and assessment qualification
  • Lead auditor certification
  • iCAM or TapRoot investigation qualification
