About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join a high performing APAC team as a HSE Coordinator. You will work across a variety of industries and projects, reviewing safety documentation, conducting desktop audits, supporting contractors and providing expert compliance advice to clients.
You will have the opportunity to travel across Australia, New Zealand and internationally, build your expertise in a highly respected global business and benefit from extensive training and development. The role also offers clear pathways for career progression.
In this role, you will:
- Review contractor HSEQ documentation to assess compliance with legislation, identify gaps and make recommendations
- Meet both new and existing clients virtually and onsite to provide advice as the technical expert
- Keep up to date with new and emerging legislation to advise on best practice
- Be a part of new product development and implementation initiatives
- Coordinate contractor interviews, record keeping and desktop audits
- Collaborate with international colleagues on projects across multiple regions
About You
You are:
- Degree qualified in Workplace Health & Safety or a related field. If you are not degree qualified but have experience in a Health & Safety role and a Cert IV in WHS, you may be considered
- Confident, articulate and comfortable with public speaking
- Naturally inquisitive, eager to learn and open to feedback
- Organised, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities
- Willing to travel interstate and internationally
- Has full working rights in Australia
You could be a new WHS graduate or have a few years of industry experience. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
