Your Impact
In the role of HSE Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with leaders and operational teams to enhance safety performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Build trusted partnerships and influence safe outcomes in high-risk environments
- Champion safety activities and confidently leading change where improvement is needed
- Strengthen proactive HSE delivery through structured planning, clear processes and targeted training, making the most of available systems and tools
- Provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice and take decisive action grounded in technical expertise, operational experience and specialist input
- Drive consistency, quality and accountability across all areas of the business
- Support informed, risk-based decision making
- A modern, forward-thinking safety approach, with the confidence to challenge legacy practices and help shape better ways of working
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence across all levels of an organisation
- Experience partnering with technical experts to navigate both established and evolving risk profiles
- Comfortable working at the frontline of high-risk operations as well as within project-based environments
- Qualification in WHS or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success planning high-risk work and providing practical, field-based support
