This is a highly visible HSE Business Partner opportunity supporting operations across WA, SA and NT within complex, high-risk frontline environments. In addition to appropriate incident response[NF1] , the role requires proactive, commercially aligned business partnering— building trusted advisor relationships with leaders and helping operations embed safety ownership into the way they work.

- Support critical risk management, investigations and incident response
- Contribute to executive reporting, audits and operational improvement initiatives
- Coach and influence leaders to build long-term safety capability
- Support broader national HSE strategy and alignment activities
About you:
You are a pragmatic and commercially minded HSE professional who builds credibility through relationships, communication and practical support.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience within high-risk operational environments
- Strong investigations and risk management capability
- Exposure to ISO systems and audit processes
- The ability to influence and coach operational leaders
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A calm, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
