This is a highly visible HSE Business Partner opportunity supporting operations across WA, SA and NT within complex, high-risk frontline environments. In addition to appropriate incident response[NF1] , the role requires proactive, commercially aligned business partnering— building trusted advisor relationships with leaders and helping operations embed safety ownership into the way they work.

We are looking for someone who can influence, coach and partner with leaders and lead a team.

The opportunity:
  • Lead a growing team of HSE Advisors across your 
  • Partner closely with operational leadership teams across diverse frontline operations
  • Drive safety culture, leadership capability and accountability uplift
  • Support critical risk management, investigations and incident response
  • Contribute to executive reporting, audits and operational improvement initiatives
  • Coach and influence leaders to build long-term safety capability
  • Support broader national HSE strategy and alignment activities
This is a role with genuine visibility, influence and opportunity to contribute strategically across the business.

About you:
You are a pragmatic and commercially minded HSE professional who builds credibility through relationships, communication and practical support.

You will ideally bring:
  • Experience within high-risk operational environments
  • Strong investigations and risk management capability
  • Exposure to ISO systems and audit processes
  • The ability to influence and coach operational leaders
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A calm, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
Experience within security, healthcare, transport, mining, contractor management or lone worker environments will be highly regarded.
