About the Client
We’re partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturing business known for its iconic products and proud operational legacy. The business is entering an exciting new chapter with strong safety leadership, excellent team culture, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement across health, safety, and environment.

Located on a large, single-site operation in Coomera, this organisation has made safety its top priority – backed by long-tenured leaders, practical systems, and meaningful employee incentives. They’re now looking for a passionate HSE Advisor to help take their strong safety foundation to the next level.

About the Role
This standalone HSE Advisor position plays a key role in embedding safety into the day-to-day. You’ll be visible on the floor, engage closely with operational leaders, and lead all things HSE across the site – including driving safety inductions, refining systems, and supporting ongoing environmental initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support and coach managers and supervisors on safety best practice
  • Review and improve safety systems, procedures, and documentation
  • Embed environmental awareness within broader HSE practices
  • Foster a positive, proactive safety culture across a diverse workforce
  • Act as the key contact for incident response, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Lead and deliver engaging WHS inductions for new starters
Required Experience
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in a hands-on HSE role, ideally in manufacturing
  • Experience managing or supporting Return to Work (RTW) processes
  • Familiarity with integrating environmental elements into safety programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across varying age groups and experience levels
The Impact
This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a standalone role where your work will be seen and valued. You’ll be joining a business that recognises and rewards effort – with unique perks like employee incentive programs, onsite health support, and even weekend access to company products.
If you’re ready for a role where you can truly embed yourself in the business and shape a safer future for its people – we’d love to hear from you.
