About the Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site, providing hands-on support across day-to-day safety operations.
Based on-site in Swanbank, you will work closely with leaders across manufacturing and logistics to support incident management, risk activities and ensure safety processes are applied effectively.
This is a practical, delivery-focused role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, building relationships and supporting teams in real time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day safety advice across site operations
  • Support incident management, investigations and reporting
  • Guide leaders on risk assessments and safe work practices
  • Review contractor documentation including SWMS and permits
  • Support chemical management systems and compliance processes
  • Assist with drug & alcohol testing and general site safety activities
About You
You are a hands-on Safety Advisor with experience in operational environments.
You bring:
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or similar
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative style
  • Ability to influence without a “policing” approach
  • Confidence working autonomously and supporting leaders
