Ready to step into a role where no two days look the same?

We’re partnering with a nationally recognised workplace relations and safety consultancy to recruit a Health & Safety Specialist to join their high-performing Sydney Advice team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves problem solving, enjoys working with people and wants to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, collaborative and genuinely supportive environment.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a WHS Coordinator, Advisor or operational safety background who wants broader exposure, stronger mentorship and a clear long-term career pathway.

Why This Role Stands Out
This isn’t your traditional “site-only” safety role.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team supporting businesses across a huge range of industries, helping clients navigate real-world WHS challenges while continuing to develop your own technical and advisory capability.

You’ll be trusted to:
  • Provide practical and commercially focused WHS advice
  • Support clients through complex safety matters and escalations
  • Develop policies, procedures and risk management documentation
  • Coach and mentor junior Advisors and Coordinators
  • Partner with leadership as a key contributor to the Advice team
  • Deliver exceptional client service and build trusted relationships
You’ll be surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy what they do — a team that is energetic, collaborative, social and highly driven.

About You
We’re looking for someone who combines technical WHS foundations with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for helping people.

You may currently be working as a:
  • WHS Coordinator
  • Safety Advisor
  • HSE Advisor
  • RTW / Injury Management professional looking to transition into broader WHS
  • Consultant or operational safety professional ready for something different
To be successful, you’ll ideally bring:
  • Experience in WHS, safety advisory or operational safety environments
  • Diploma or Cert IV in WHS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is motivated, people-focused and excited by growth and opportunity.

What’s In It For You?
  • Genuine career progression and development opportunities
  • Ongoing coaching, mentorship and structured learning
  • Exposure to a broad range of industries and complex WHS matters
  • Vibrant Sydney CBD office location
  • High-energy, collaborative and social team culture
  • Additional annual leave and wellbeing benefits
  • Recognition and reward programs
  • Strong focus on training and professional development
This business genuinely invests in its people and creates an environment where high performers can thrive. The role also sits within a highly collaborative office-first culture focused on coaching, development and teamwork.

If you’re looking for a role that will challenge you, develop you and open doors for your long-term WHS career, we’d love to hear from you.
