We’re partnering with a nationally recognised workplace relations and safety consultancy to recruit a Health & Safety Specialist to join their high-performing Sydney Advice team. This role is ideal for someone coming from a WHS Coordinator, Advisor or operational safety background who wants broader exposure, stronger mentorship and a clear long-term career pathway.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team supporting businesses across a huge range of industries, helping clients navigate real-world WHS challenges while continuing to develop your own technical and advisory capability.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Provide practical and commercially focused WHS advice
- Support clients through complex safety matters and escalations
- Develop policies, procedures and risk management documentation
- Coach and mentor junior Advisors and Coordinators
- Partner with leadership as a key contributor to the Advice team
- Deliver exceptional client service and build trusted relationships
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines technical WHS foundations with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for helping people.
You may currently be working as a:
- WHS Coordinator
- Safety Advisor
- HSE Advisor
- RTW / Injury Management professional looking to transition into broader WHS
- Consultant or operational safety professional ready for something different
- Experience in WHS, safety advisory or operational safety environments
- Diploma or Cert IV in WHS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
