About the Business

This leading national construction organisation is commencing a major new project in regional Victoria and is building out its on site team. They are seeking an HSE Business Partner to embed within project delivery teams and develop strong, trusted relationships with the client.  

The Opportunity

As HSE Business Partner, you will work at the frontline of a major project, partnering with leaders and operations to drive practical, high impact health and safety outcomes.

This role suits someone who enjoys being visible, influential and solutions focused, with the ability to balance operational demands and health and safety priorities.

Your Impact
  • Build trusted relationships that influence safe, high quality outcomes
  • Support leaders to plan and deliver high-risk work safely and effectively
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and confidently lead change
  • Provide clear, practical advice grounded in real world experience
  • Strengthen consistency through structured planning, systems and tools
  • Enable informed, risk based decision making across the project
