About the Role
This newly created Health & Safety Business Partner position strengthens an already established national team and will own the Sydney metropolitan portfolio.
Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll shape and deliver strategic H&S initiatives while ensuring consistent, practical safety support across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide expert H&S guidance and build ownership.
  • Coach and uplift safety capability across NSW Metro and the NZ region.
  • Review, refine and enhance safety systems, policies and practices.
  • Lead and support incident investigations, ensuring learnings are embedded.
  • Identify risks and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the delivery of safety training and capability development.
  • Conduct internal audits and contribute to ongoing regulatory compliance.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS (or related discipline) are desirable.
  • Lead Auditor qualifications highly regarded.
  • Experienced in building and embedding risk frameworks and tools.
  • Comfortable managing multiple sites and performing internal audits.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance expectations.
  • An engaging communicator who can coach, influence and build capability at all levels.
  • Self driven, solutions focused and collaborative, both independently and within a national team.
