The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, this role plays a crucial part in driving safety administration and supporting the operational delivery of the HSW function across the business.

As the HSW Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day management of the WHS system, help coordinate core safety processes, and assist the team with initiatives that contribute to safe practices across workshop, distribution, and retail environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their WHS career who enjoys working with safety systems and wants broad exposure across a diverse business.

Key aspects of the role include:
• Administration and ongoing management of the WHS system (Beakon or Donesafe advantageous)
• Monthly reporting and maintenance of HSW registers
• Coordinating audit schedules and compliance activities
• Assisting with incident investigations and WHS committee activities
• Supporting onboarding and inductions

This role will work closely with the WHS Advisor, People & Culture, Distribution Centre teams, and retail leaders across the network.

About You
You will thrive in this role if you are organised, proactive, and enjoy the operational side of WHS. You build strong working relationships, have strong attention to detail, and bring a positive, collaborative approach to supporting the wider safety function.

You will also bring:
• 1–2 years’ experience in a WHS support or coordination role
• Experience with safety systems 
• Strong Microsoft Office capability
• A basic understanding of WHS legislation
• Certificate IV in WHS (desirable)
