About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager and joining a collaborative team of four, the HSW Business Partner plays a key role in supporting Health, Safety & Wellbeing outcomes across manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on, site-based role partnering closely with operational leaders to strengthen safety capability, embed practical HSW solutions and drive continuous improvement. You'll coach and mentor leaders, provide practical advice, facilitate incident investigations and support initiatives that improve safety performance across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting machinery safety, plant risk management and safe systems of work.
  • Analysing HSW data, conducting audits and inspections, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the implementation of Health, Safety & Wellbeing projects, programs and organisational initiatives.
  • Building trusted relationships across all levels of the business to influence positive safety outcomes.
About You
You're a practical, people-focused Health and Safety professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, coaching teams and working alongside operational employees to create safer workplaces. You build credibility quickly, influence with confidence and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
You will bring:
  • 3–5 years' experience in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing role.
  • Manufacturing experience (essential).
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
  • ICAM certification with experience leading incident investigations.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive outcomes.
