Are you ready to grow your Health & Safety career? This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting multiple operational sites across NSW and ACT. You’ll work closely with frontline leaders, gain exposure to complex risks, and be supported by an experienced and collaborative HSE team.

The Opportunity

  • Variety: Support 11 sites across NSW/ACT, with a home base at St Marys (or Milperra) and regular Sydney Metro travel.
  • High-risk exposure: Environmental management, mobile and fixed plant, confined spaces, contractor safety.
  • Flexibility:  Flexible start/finish times, occasional regional travel (Coffs Harbour, Wagga Wagga), no weekends.
  • Perks: Onsite parking and mileage reimbursement.
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Managers and Supervisors, attending toolbox talks and site walk-arounds.
  • Conduct inspections, deliver training, and support day-to-day HSE needs.
  • Lead incident investigations (ICAM/Blueline) and review systems.
  • Track trends, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.
About You
  • Cert IV WHS  or relevant qualifications and/or experience in safety or environmental. 
  • 1–2 years’ experience in HSE, ideally in a blue-collar or high-risk industry.
  • Environmental background or exposure highly regarded.
  • Proactive, confident, and comfortable engaging with people on site.
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NSW/ACT.
