Health & Safety Advice Specialist

We are partnering with a highly regarded national consultancy to recruit a Health & Safety Specialist  to join their Sydney-based advice team. About the Role
Working as part of a high-performing WHS Advice team, you will be the go-to expert for complex queries and play a key role in coaching and supporting Coordinators and Advisors. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, stays calm under pressure, and is ready to step up from a WHS Coordinator or Advisor role.
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing timely and accurate WHS advice to clients via phone and email
• Acting as an escalation point for more complex matters
• Mentoring, shadowing, and assessing junior team members
• Assisting with developing and refining WHS documentation, SOPs, and risk tools
• Delivering training and contributing to internal knowledge resources
• Supporting the Advice Manager as a key team lead, with opportunities for progression

• 3+ years' experience in a WHS advisory, coordination, or similar role
• Cert IV in WHS (Diploma highly regarded)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively in a busy, client-facing environment
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, learning-focused attitude
