They are now embarking on an organisational transformation that will reshape how they prioritise and manage workplace health and safety.
About The Role
In this newly created Health and Safety Advisor position, you will play a crucial role in their transformation journey. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you'll help build and lead the safety function to enhance workplace health and safety across their national operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Help shape and deliver transformative workplace health and safety strategies
- Optimise safety culture across diverse operational environments
- Partner with key stakeholders to create meaningful change
- Create practical risk management frameworks across multiple locations
- Foster a positive safety culture through engaging training and clear communication
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or related field
- Deep understanding of OHS legislation and compliance requirements
- ICAM investigation expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
You'll be instrumental in protecting and enhancing the wellbeing of their people across a complex national footprint. Your approach will help evolve how they think about and implement safety, creating lasting positive change across the organisation.
